Dave became a licensed insurance agent at the age of 18 and worked at Stump Insurance during the summers while attending UMD, College Park. Dave is a leading producer of David Stump Insurance Agency, Inc., selling and servicing Personal and Commercial Lines products as a Property & Casualty and Life Agent in the Tri State Region. After graduating in 2003 with a BA at the University of Maryland, Cum Laude, Dave worked for the Federal Government as a police officer until he joined Stump Insurance in 2005. Throughout this time, he has contributed both to agency production volume, as well as, to agency marketing advances. Working with his family daily, Dave relishes the important responsibility of protecting other families and their investments. Dave has earned the designation of Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC). As a resident of Frederick County, Maryland, Dave is very active in the community with his wife, Annie, daughter Reagan and son Benjamin. Dave is a die-hard Terps football and basketball fan.
